J&S Construction is a licensed general contractor that works for you, the client. We do not work for the insurance company, we work with them. We have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients and numerous insurance companies and have developed good relationships with both. The insurance adjusters trust J&S Construction because we are fair, do what we say when we say, and have a high standard for quality.

When does work begin and how long will it take?

J&S Construction’s 24-Hour Insurance and Restoration Team is your one source for emergency needs. The initial response time to an emergency is one hour. Depending on the severity of damages, temporary and sometimes permanent repairs are made. The insurance company is contacted and will work alongside the adjuster to determine if an estimate for the repairs is needed prior to repairs. Depending on the severity and circumstances, a decision will also be made as to if the repairs require immediate attention. J&S Constructions’ experience in construction and emergency response allows us to give an accurate estimate of how long a job will take.

Can J&S Construction work directly with your insurance company?

J&S Construction has the ability to work with your insurance company/adjuster and prepare an accurate estimate of the necessary work to be performed. We meet with the adjuster and come to an agreement on the details of what is paid for by your insurance company and what is not.

Is your work guaranteed?

We guarantee our work, materials and labor from defect for a period of one year after completion of work. Different materials and products might have longer warranties (roofs, etc.). You will be given all warranty papers at the completion of your job.
