The federal government has realized the value in design-build construction, having J&S Construction complete a $13 million competitive Design-Build project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Ft. Campbell, Ky. in 2010. Two of the buildings were the first LEED Gold Certified buildings at the Ft. Campbell base, as well as marking the first LEED Gold Certification for the USACE, Louisville District.

At the conclusion of every project, we send out a survey, for our clients to complete. Listed below are some of the comments provided by our clients:

They surpassed every expectation and completed every task ahead of our projected time schedule. J&S construction is without a doubt the most professional General Contractor that we have worked with from this office. Their desire to deliver exceptional quality with customer satisfaction sets them head and shoulders above all other contractors. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants an excellent project with a no-hassle approach of doing business.”
